Ultimate Sissy Simulator is a lighthearted, casual game that lets you fully customize your Minecraft-style character before you start your adventure. Choose details like your appearance, face shape, body shape, and other stats. Then take on different commissions, meet the targets you select, and move the story forward.

By using psychological know-how, coercion, and persuasion, you’ll attempt to reshape your targets into “sissy” individuals. As you progress, you’ll unlock opportunities for deeper interactions, including a variety of intimate scene types. The game is actively updated with fresh storylines, new characters, and additional animations to keep expanding the experience.

Begin as a normal person, then grow your circle by visiting places like bars, gyms, or online forums. Every interaction is more than dialogue—it can help plant seeds of doubt or desire and lead to new opportunities.

Tailored Strategies

Push targets toward vulnerability using different methods, such as blackmail, emotional pressure, or staged “accidents.” Your approach should change depending on the target’s personality—some break under stress, while others respond better to praise and flattery.

Dynamic Dialogue Trees

Pick lines carefully to increase your influence and tighten your control. If you choose poorly or fail to adapt, your target may resist—forcing you to undo your plan or try more aggressive tactics.

Psychological Tools

Use special tools to strengthen your influence, including items like voice modulators and surveillance footage. You can also unlock rare items (such as lingerie or resistance-weakening substances) to reduce pushback.

Moral Complexity

Not every “successful” outcome stays stable. What works in the moment can create long-term consequences—your target could become a trusted ally, or things could spiral into chaos and threaten your entire network.

The Transformation Process

Track progress with a hidden sissification bar. To complete the transformation, you’ll typically need to get your target to adopt feminine clothing, change their speech patterns, and carry out humiliating tasks—step by step, until the bar is filled.

Update Notes (Changelog)

Sorry for the long silence. Life changes piled up, and it took time to sort things out. I didn’t intend to disappear completely—it just happened. I realize an update during that period could’ve created the wrong expectations, especially because I wasn’t mentally in a good place and basically couldn’t function properly.

That said, development didn’t stop. Nothing was abandoned and the project wasn’t paused. Eventually, the old approach stopped working, so major foundation changes became necessary—rather than adding new features on top of a broken structure.

Since the latest test build (now mostly outdated), there have been many adjustments. I still don’t have a fixed release date for the next update yet, but the next one will be big: a hybrid sandbox-style mode that combines both the Sissy and Master modes.

Goal for the next update: finalize the core of the game. I don’t want to repeat the cycle of releasing broken updates—it's frustrating, slow, and deadlines are especially stressful right now. I work best when I can focus on development without a constant ticking clock.

Planned Milestones for the Next Two Big Updates

• v2.0.0-a3: Completed the base gameplay loop for both the Sissy and Master paths (about 80% complete as of April 4, 2026).
• v2.1.0-a3: Added a new base character plus expanded content (mainly appearance-related, room customization, animations, and sounds).

I’m aiming to release both within the next 5 months. Once an update is finished and tested, it will be published right away. I won’t announce specific dates until the work is truly done.

• Awesome game! Lots of customization, body transformations, and strong visuals. Even though a few things were broken after recent updates, it feels like it’ll become one of the best sissy games once everything is finished.



• Really good overall with many options. As of 1.3.0-alpha3, there aren’t too many sex scenes, but the quality is surprisingly high. One star was removed because the game sometimes requires you to press and hold a button for several seconds—an awful UI choice—and the reviewer hopes it gets removed in future updates.



• First of its kind with real potential. The game lets you experience both directions: the main character can sissify other characters, but you can also go the other way. There’s a lot to do, from management and planning to intimate scenes with sissies as Master (or Masters as Sissy).
