How Gameplay Works

In Lilys Café, you step into the role of café manager. You’ll start by shaping the interior and fine-tuning the store’s style, then handle customer requests, solve problems, and manage finances. The goal is to experience realistic café management while building positive moments for every customer.

You’ll also play as the café’s chef. As the head cook, you’ll prepare whatever customers order—drinks, snacks, and more. Orders will come in regularly during your shifts. Customers may request one dish or multiple items, and you must finish them before their satisfaction drops too far.

For each dish, you’ll use a standard recipe as your guide. Coffee machines, grills, and ingredients are ready to help you cook great food, but you’ll still need to manage details like temperature, cooking time, and doneness. Early on, you’ll handle most tasks yourself and operate manually. As conditions improve, you can hire more staff to share the workload. Even so, when your cafe gets busier, you may still find it hard to fully relax.
